My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless and cozy, but the price for what was called a suite seemed high. The amazing water temperature in the shower and the comfortable bed made up for it. The service was a bit of a letdown with rude staff smoking by the entrance, but the housekeeping and laundry service were professional and friendly. The location was convenient for activities and venues, although there were issues with towels and washcloths availability. The dining options were disappointing, especially the breakfast, but the regional jams were a unique touch.
